# Call Logs

> This page describes everything about call logs

The Call Logs section provides a comprehensive overview of your calling history. It includes:

Caller Information: Name and phone number of the contact.

Call Details: Duration of the call, date and time of the call, and its status (completed, in progress, failed, error).

Sentiments: Tone of the call (positive, negative, neutral).

Action and Feedback: Option of rating and also provide written feedback.

You can also filter call logs by specific dates using the format "year-month-date" to view calls within that timeframe.
