# Introduction

> Dialer is simply a calling number that will be used in your campaigns to connect with your customers

## Detailed Explanation :

Dialer(s) are the calling number(s) that your assistant(s) would need to have an access to, that they can use to call you customers on your behalf. So, we use third party dailers that can provide such a number. So, when you successfully setup a campaign, your customers would receive a call from this number. You can add one or multiple numbers to your account, and you can use a single dialer in all of your campaigns or use a different dialer for each campaign.

## Accessing the Dialers Option

1. Navigate to the Dialers option under Call Platforms.
2. Enter the Inbound Phone Number (click on the “How to Buy” button to get the steps for obtaining a dialer number).
3. Choose the appropriate assistant for the inbound call from the available options.
4. Click the “Save” button to confirm your selections.

  Follow these steps to buy your Twilio Dialer

  Note: Twilio offers \$15 in complimentary credit for new Twilio Users on their
  Twilio account which can be used to purchase a Twilio number and make outbound
  calls using that number.

<span style={{ fontWeight: 800 }}>Step 1 :</span> Click on 'Go To Twilio' button.
Sign up your Twilio account.

<span style={{ fontWeight: 800 }}>Step 2 :</span> Go to "Dialers" in the left panel.

<span style={{ fontWeight: 800 }}>Step 3 :</span> Select "Manage" then "Buy a Number".

<span style={{ fontWeight: 800 }}>Step 4 :</span> Choose any number of your choice
and click on "Buy". Now Agree with the T\&C and click on Buy.

Click on your account name (top left), then scroll down to view your Account SID
and Auth Token.

<span style={{ fontWeight: 800 }}>Step 6 :</span> To add this number to AwazIndia,
click on "Add Dialer" button above & enter the details and Click on "Save".
